Mid-competition, a selection event will be held allowing several teams to pitch at MWC 4YFN an international event of global reach and recognition.
Each team will have a Mentor attached dedicated to guiding them through their 6-month experience. This mentor will be a serial entrepreneur issued from the professional landscape.
The winning team of the final gala will receive guidance and meetings with the ESADE Business Angel Network and be accompanied by eWorks during their 3 month acceleration program.
All IdeaUp events and activities will be hosted at ESADE’s Sant Cugat campus on the Innovation Rambla Labs. These spaces make the perfect ecosystem for participants to kick-start their startups and be accompanied through their growth. Ennova Student Association will provide access to these labs and services for all participants as well as digital manufacturing tools (3D printing, electronics) or technological tools (VR/AR). Whatever your area, we got you covered!
OF THE PROBLEM
Objectives: Identify the Problems, the most relevant approaches and the Opportunities, that is, the space and the resources for “innovation”.
Concepts: Analysis, projection, value.
Output: Define the problems and the rules of the game that define the project.
Objectives: Find ideas that allow generating customer value in the inno-imagination spaces selected in the previous phase.
Concepts: Creativity, spontaneity, change, “Out of the box”.
Output: Limited list of Ideas (“Good ideas”) associated with each of the innovation spaces to build a value proposition
Objectives: Construction of a prototype of the product or service to be able to use it as a learning and communication mechanism.
Concepts: Integration, Empathy, Reflection, Customer Journey, Service Blueprint, Prototype.
Output: Prototyping and how to use a solution.
Objectives: Generation of effective communication material to persuade an audience to validate the idea, generating attention and endorsing the product or service.
Concepts: Pitch, Communicate, Body Language, Effectiveness, Concrete, Direct, Persuasion.
Output: Effective presentation of the product or service.
